We aim to provide an efficient service with emphasis on good communication between ourselves, the client and the referring veterinary surgeon.

An initial consultation is required, we request that all previous notes, history, laboratory reports and radiographs are provided before or at the time of presentation. The patient will be evaluated, possible investigative procedures discussed and estimate of costs provided. A separate appointment may then be needed for the actual procedure.

We provide report's detailing investigation, procedures performed, expected outcome and the requirement for follow up appointments.

Detailed post-operative discharge instructions are provided for all surgical cases and copies forwarded to the referring Veterinary Surgeon for your information.

In addition to receiving referrals we are pleased to discuss cases on the telephone, whether or not they are to be referred.
